The Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon were imported from France but actually acclimatized very well. It is a wine that is born aristocratic, full‐bodied, dry. The color is intense ruby red, especially when the grapes maceration is prolonged. At first the acidity is high and it is rich in tannins, making it a wine apt to be aged. If ever present, with time the herbaceous notes, are lost, and it becomes refined, elegant, and with reflection verging on amber. The complex bouquet becomes enthralling. 13.0% ABV
