This is a super beautiful vintage enamel elephant trinket box. It opens and closes perfectly. The magnet inside still works well. Trunk is up for good luck. It is exquisitely made.
This would make a terrific gift for someone who loves elephants, or someone that loves enamel keepsake boxes. Sorry no markings on this one, but I've had it a very long time. It is an outstanding condition and it is a brownish green shade of enamel with hints of cream. His ears and body are lined with cute little tiny rhinestones. I guess it could be a boy or a girl. I always called him Edward the Ellie, lol. You can name him or her whatever you'd like.
