This rare vintage brass rug fringe comb, stamped CWC, is a high-quality professional tool traditionally used for grooming and maintaining the fringe on Persian, Oriental, and hand-knotted rugs.
Unlike modern lightweight replicas, this comb is crafted from solid heavy brass, making it exceptionally durable and able to glide smoothly through delicate rug fringe without snagging or breaking fibers. These older brass combs are becoming increasingly hard to find, especially in this condition.
Why This Comb Is Special
• Solid brass construction – strong, weighted, and built to last
• Vintage craftsmanship – sturdier than modern rug combs
• Long, curved tines designed for precise fringe alignment

• Ideal for antique rug collectors, restorers, and owners of fine handmade carpets
