This jacket looks similar to the unknown London brands cross jacket, which is discontinued. But this is a NO BRAND ITEM I bought this jacket from a Mercari Japan seller for $50 and that does not include the tax or shipping fee.
I've worn it twice. There are no rhinestones missing but I did notice some fuzz on the sleeves and a little on the waistband, but I believe that's just from previous washing but there are no further damages I recognized please refer to the pictures!
I do not offer refunds as I do not want to deal with any of the trouble and what you see in the pictures is what you will get so you will be getting what you were paying for so there should be no reason for a return in the first place.
