A stunning studio pottery vase in blue and burgundy glaze. Signed by the artist to the base- Feu Follet which is a range produced by Mathilda Lovell. She is a Franco-British ceramic designed based in Montreal, Quebec. Her work is traditional utilitarian forms with contemporary twists. This vase is a traditional French form but is glazed in modern colours to elevate its design. In superb condition, I used to use this for displaying fresh Lillies.
