The heart is carried inside a solid sterling silver frame on the necklace, and in the earrings the Blue John hearts drop down from the solid silver hooks which allow the design to be viewed from the side in a unique way. Comprising of a pair of hook earrings, safety pin style brooch and necklace, complete with an 18 inch sterling silver chain. All items can be sold separately.
