Pierre Sparr’s rich Pinot Gris is grown from 31-year-old vines rooted in granitic, chalky-clay soil. After gentle-pressing, the must is fermented at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks and malolactic conversion is avoided. This vinification preserves alluring aromas of juicy apricots and peaches with mineral undertones. On the palate it has elegance, freshness and sweetness in a sleek body finished with a touch of smoke and spice.
