Penciltown: Cartoons for Tolerant Adults

Penciltown Cartoons for Tolerant Adults PENCILTOWN it's a funny collection of cartoons about pencils. Pencils as themselves and pencils in the hands of people. Pencils on Earth and Mars, in movies, in magic acts, pencils in Heaven or Hell. And, why not, pencils used by dogs! It's all about pencils like you never seen before. Sometimes, pencils as a satire of our fast changing World, other times, pencils just as a source of imagination and fun. There are cartoons in this book which will make you smile or think . Morphing pencils, clumsy pencils users, aliens...What about mocking some of the known artists or international symbols? These are just a few ideas behind the construction of a cartoon book based on an unique theme. Intriguing but presumed decent, PENCILTOWN it is an unusual compilation of "single panel" cartoons about the usual. And when the "usual" it's a pencil, a widely known, unassuming and inexpensive object, the rest becomes an imagination challenge. Some of the cartoons are witty, others absurd, even incongruous; they were created to cause amusement, of course, if you're not in a very gloomy state of mind. Contrary to the author exaggerated advise, we don't believe that a book so engaging like PENCILTOWN it is harmless to anyone, old or young. Dare to take a look, inside!
