A traditional German beer from the Cologne region of Germany, a Kolsch is a crisp lager beer which has low bitterness, light in colour and light in maltyness. The brewing process makes a lager beer that has a slightly wine like character, which ends in a slightly dry, crisp finish. A Kolsch is a very refreshing lager, that's easy drinking and refishing served cold.
