I think there is some slight clouding inside the lens upon visual inspection, but it is at a level that does not interfere with shooting. The exterior has some paint peeling.

Both the focus ring and the aperture ring are smooth, and I used it with an E-mount using a K&FCONCEPT mount adapter (not included in the product).
