This is a 1993 "Super Mario World" edition card from the "Terebi Denwa" kids' amusement machine released by Banpresto in 1990.
"Terebi Denwa" was a device shaped like a telephone with a TV screen. Players would talk to characters through the handset and solve problems to advance the story.
The cards are fully sparkly, with cute character designs, making them attractive for collectors.
It seems there are 24 types in total, and it looks like you'd be able to complete the set by collecting 6 more.
They have been stored in a card holder at my parents' house, and in my personal opinion, they are in relatively good condition with little staining.
However, please understand that these cards are over 30 years old, and there are some minor creases on the back of cards number 2 and 3 before purchasing (no returns accepted).
