- Details: This is such a bright decorative plate, it makes you happy just looking at it! It is part of the Famille Rose family knowns as Rose Mandarin. It has people in the center, you can easily distinguish the designs on their robes, the faces are not blurred, and even the beards are greatly detailed. The plate is bordered with colorful flowers, gold gilding, plus a Greek Key band, (aka Meandering shape, which in the Orient, symbolizes nature, like a meandering river), in varying colors of yellow, green, purple and blue. The backstamp is from Zhongguo Zhi Zao, made in China mark, and the words: "Decoration Only", meaning NOT FOR FOOD USE. Overall a gorgeous plate with vibrant colors, in absolutely perfect condition. It is not pre-drilled, use a plate stand or hanger to display.
- How to Use: This plate is not to be used with food, it is a collectible, best displayed on the wall, on a table top with stand, or as a cabinet plate. Makes a delightful gift for any Chinoiserie lover.
