Ipod classic works properly and headphone jack also tested. Screen will need some cleaning and only strange thing is the ipod will only charge through a PC or laptop port, not a wall outlet. This is known to be a common issue with ipod classics.
If you plan on factory resetting, please don't ask me for apple info as this was found in a storage unit and I'm not the previous owner. Regardless you can still add and remove music using itunes. Ipod is updated to current version.
