Light mounted to 3.75 inch diameter top plate.  3.75 inch diameter bottom plate attached to mounting surface via 4 bolt holes.  Adjustable, double mounting ball base can be set to nearly an infinite position angles.  Cast aluminum housing for double balls and 2 mounting plates with marine compliant black coating.  The mounting base is tightened by hand with a 4 inch handle.  Each ball is a 3.375 inches in diameter.  At its highest point, the base sits 8 inches high and is 4.5 inches wide at its widest point.
